Gary W. Kramer: Founder, President & CEO

In 1983 Gary Kramer was very successful building entry level homes in the Central Texas area. In 1989 he relocated his operations from Austin to Houston and began building custom homes valued up to $2,000,000.

In 1997 Gary founded the Owner/Builder Network. The concept of which was to help clients build their own homes. Since then he has helped more than 5,000 home owners save thousands of dollars by showing them how to build their own homes.

In September 2007 Owner/Builder Network reorganized its businesses and OWNER BUILDER CONNECTION was born.  OWNER BUILDER CONNECTION was created so that this concept could be franchised nationally.

In 2007 Gary founded Texas Dream Builder as a new type of building company geared at individuals who wish to hire a builder, but still want to be more involved in the process than most builders allow. The Texas Dream Builder program saves individuals money because it is An Owner Participation, Full Disclosure Builder. At this time the Texas Dream Builder program is only offered in the state of Texas.

During 2007, Gary also founded MrOwnerBuilder.com.  The MrOwnerBuilder.com program is for individuals that truly want to be their own builder. MrOwnerBuilder.com provides information to individuals that may already have some of the resources it takes to build their own home (i.e. subcontractor‘s, material suppliers, financing, etc.). The Project Planning and Construction Path Workbooks that MrOwnerBuilder.com offer along with financing, blueprint assistance, and online support as needed provides most owner-builders with everything they need to manage their project successfully. MrOwnerBuilder.com provides owner-builders with information used by industry experts.  The MrOwnerBuilder.com programs are not available in the state of Texas.
